WATIFY – an EU initiative inspiring and helping traditional businesses in their technological transformation – Presented by Stef Meijers, Brainport Development at the 3D Printing Materials Conference which will take place on 2 February 2017 at Brightlands Chemelot Campus in Sittard-Geleen, The Netherlands.

To stimulate the uptake of advanced technologies – such as 3D-printing – the European Commission recently launched the WATIFY campaign. The biggest opportunity for Europe lies in the technological transformation of existing industries and enterprises. The challenge is to ensure that all industrial sectors and enterprises, large and small, make the best use of these technologies and manage their transition towards higher value products, services and processes. This presentation aims to give a sneak preview of the business opportunities offered by WATIFY.
